Every time a developer came to us with land and a vision, the conversation went the same way. They'd ask sharp, specific questions — how many units fit on this site, what's the ROI at 66% occupancy, what does SBA financing actually look like here — and we'd say the same thing every AI or brokerage says: "Let us put together a quote and get back to you."
That gap — between the question and the answer — is where deals go cold. Developers don't want a PDF next week. They want the number on the call, while they're still standing on the land.
So instead of building another quoting process, we built the tool that removes the gap entirely.
The Lesson
If your sales process depends on someone going back to a spreadsheet, running a model, and emailing a PDF — you're not slow because your team is bad. You're slow because the tool doesn't exist yet to make you fast. Build the tool, and the "we'll get back to you" problem disappears on its own.
